I wouldn't be shocked if Collins and others get a delay for a perfunctory FBI investigation.

In which case, the FBI will be told to conclude it in a relatively short period of time, making it likely to come back fairly inconclusive.

Just a guess, but that's an easy way for Collins to look like she did something before voting "yes."

He lied too blatantly to pass even a perfunctory investigation and the FBI doesn't give a shit if you yell at them and talk about basketball.
