The Dems would accept and endorse this.

But this only works if Flake says he'll vote no if McConnell doesn't honor the Judiciary Committee's agreement to delay the vote on the floor.

and it looks like the fight will now be on the Senate floor. a seven day agreement/understanding? My magic 8-Ball says the pubs are going to weasel out of it, that's what weasels do. Bank on it
