I just voted!!!
I am currently in Pucón, Chile and plan to be in South America on Election Day. Thankfully, Oregon has a method where you can vote by email. I set everything up before I left. The only internet access I have is my iPhone so I had to use a computer at a school to print my ballot. Completed it, took photos of each page and attached them to an e-mail. Hopefully that will be as good as a fax.
