However, the 'con arguments and excuses are old, tired, stale. We do not need to provide fresh material to them. [Yes, I know, no matter how obscure, stupid, etc. one of ours gives excuses to the 'cons, they will find it and use it.]

minimum age 60

maximum age 75

10 votes needed to TAKE a case

9 to deliberate/decide

once a case is selected, a RANDOM selection of deliberating justices is chosen

This prevents a LOT of scurrilous lawsuits designed for SCOTUS..

why spend years and millions to fluff a lawsuit that might be selected, but may end up being decided by your " non-friendlies"
