Kavanaugh up in exchange for a deal. In Avenattti's client chooses to talk to the appropriate police department and file a civil law suit that could up the pressure onto Judge. Avenatti seemed to help the process along on the Michael Cohen case.

I don't see Dr. Ford filing charges...although who knows now that she has competent representation. She may feel empowered to move in that direction. Avenatti just may push the envelope and in turn push Judge. If this guy has gone through cancer, depression and alcohol rehabilitation he may be more fragile than Kav would want him to be. He's got a lot to lose by lying, I would think.
