5. He's denying a rape charge that she didn't make

I read the statement (testimony) by Julie Swetnick. She says she was raped at a party in 1982 by several boys but she cannot identify who raped her. (She was drugged and unable to fight them off.) She knows for a fact that Kavanaugh and Judge were at the party, but not whether they were among the ones took advantage of her.

She also says that she witnessed Kavanaugh and Judge at parties where other girls were drugged and raped and it happened about 10 different times. They were definitely participating, but Swetnick wasn't the victim on those. (She wasn't drugged and she does remember the parties.)

This statement by Mark Judge should be challenged and investigated. I hope they can find some of the other girls.
