The Unmowed Grass of Brett Kavanaugh -- Will Probably Decline an FBI Polygraph Test

.

Brett Kavanaugh was the DC District judge who wrote the opinion on the legitimacy of Polygraph tests.

In 2016, he declared that they were a credible tool for Law Enforcement & Background Checks.

===

Two years later, he faced the dilemma where he must choose to either take or decline a Lie Detector test.

This will be an FBI-administered test, which would last anywhere from four to nine hours.

Given his proclivity to openly lie, he's amassed quite a paper trail of false statements made under oath.

===

If he takes a polygraph, it appears to be highly likely that he will confirm his lies or be shown as deceptive.

He must choose whether the FBI will be the lawn mower that cuts his ass of grass.

I am leaning that he will decline taking the test, which should raise red flags, based on his court ruling alone.

Your thoughts.

2. He is a typical Russian Repug Rapist, laws & rules are different when it comes to them.

They are the rich males, the white elite, and nothing pertains to them. Clinton (per Kav) could be subpoenaed while in office, but soon as it wasn't a Democrat, well the story completely changed when discussions of checking into Bush & Cheney treachery and lies and he'd changed his mind, a sitting president couldn't be subpoenaed for any reason. Now that it's drumpf, he's even added treason to the list. It was totally OK to go after Clinton in the most graphic way possible, but an utter crime to bring out his multiple sexual assaults, oh that is totally beyond the pale, a political hit job! He thinks America should just bow down to him because his dad was a judge and he's a rw political hack judge, HA!

So glad to see the panel on MSNBC discussing his severe demonstration of bullying and inability to control his emotions. He actually planned that attack on the Dems so he could vent his anger. Of course repugs think he's being strong because they don't understand the difference between strength and bullying, they think it's fine for a male to be out of control, raging and crying but would utterly disqualify any woman who did the same thing.

It seems obvious the FBI will find out he's lying about his drinking and possible they'll even get information about him treating women in a disgusting manner, but will that be enough for the Russian Repug Rapists on the panel to turn him down or will sheer partisanship prevail? Sorry to be Debbie Downer, but I just don't have any trust in them, not even a speck.

3. Kavanaugh is an extreme pathological liar and partisan political hack.

Kavanaugh, like drumpf, is totally unfit to serve in any political office. The FBI will take care of business.

If he says, "yes" his guilt is proven and if he says "no" his guilt is proven.

This is exactly why he dodged the issue each and every time it has arisen.

When he couldn't even handle any questions that weren't disguised as fulsome praise, yea, I think he is sweating that whole idea right now. I think he's at home or wherever, raging about how all those "bitches" ( I am using the word I'm sure he's using here) are trying to destroy his birthright, and he's wanting alcohol or having alcohol of some kind. I hope he is not being physically abusive to his wife, but I'm just not too sure. He's a real piece of work, that one. If he takes a polygraph it would not go well, I think. He seems to be very thin skinned.

They will squirm and resist and portray themselves as being persecuted. They will snivel and cry and protest loudly at their victimization, but in the end they will give up rather than be exposed.

I know that no one, much less the media is going to wait quietly for the FBI to report its findings. There will be daily and even hourly leaks, interviews with people who know Kavanaugh and it will be the worst week of his entire life while everyone, especially his family learns things about him that he never thought they would. And Trump will probably leave him out there totally naked and exposed because his usefulness is gone.

If he doesn’t quit I will be very surprised.

All it does is measure physiological changes which have to be interpreted by the operator. It's entirely possible that a sociopath could lie through his teeth with nary a hiccup on the chart.

On edit: I might add that the real use of the polygraph is to intimidate the hell out of the "little people". For that function, it works pretty well.

9. I think you have to have tremendous self-control to fool the test.

Kavanaugh was not even able to lie convincingly in the hearings. He chose evasion & misdirection instead, which I don't think are options in a polygraph test. As for his self-control...LOLOLOL! His physiological changes were written all over his face.

If you believe it works, then it works. It doesn't detect lies. It detects fear of being caught... or how one responds to the fear or being caught in a lie.

The point is that Kavanaugh wrote a judicial opinion legitimizing the device. If the polygraph is legitimate for law enforcement, he should be willing to submit to a test since he claims he is innocent of Dr. Blasey Ford's allegations.

But we all know that he won't because he's a fucking hypocrite.
