Gamble vs. US
Supreme Court Docket #17-646
https://www.supremecourt.gov/docket/docketfiles/html/public/17-646.html
Ostensibly it’s about a weapons possession charge, but the implications include the Constitutional injunction against double jeopardy. Extended to state and local jurisdictions.
The “right” verdict would make recipients of Presidential pardons immune from State prosecution.

I have posted over and over that Gamble is not the purported get out of jail free card, nor does it under any circumstance say that Federal and State charges cannot be brought against an individual.

I invite people, again, to read the brief submitted by the Solicitor General:

I guess you could also search for my other posts on this matter.

Going through a family medical emergency and just not able to focus to the degree necessary.

Sorry if I sounded sharp..... Not intended towards you in any way.
