The American Bar Association is about to let the worst Supreme Court candidate in history wriggle his way onto the Supreme Court. They gave him their highest rating, but that was before he had his all day Queeg-fest last Thursday. Are they just going to sit on their hands?

(13,197 posts)His rating unfortunately remains "well qualified" I believe. They had previously dropped it to just "qualified" back in 2006 because bias and other things. Then they raised the rating again when he was nominated and reaffirmed the higher rating after last Thursday's meltdown.

(9,527 posts)the nomination, what exactly do you mean that they are about to let the worst Supreme Court candidate in history to get on the court? There are 102 people who have any impact. 1 Kavanaugh himself, 1 the idiot who nominated him, and the 100 Senators who will vote to confirm or block him.
