Sen Sasse: "We all know that President cannot lead us through this time. We know that he's unable"

Senator Sasse on the floor: We all know that the President cannot lead us through this time. We know that he's dispositionally unable to restrain his impulse to divide us. His mockery of Dr. Ford in Mississippi was wrong but it doesn't really surprise anyone. It’s who he is."

He is a faker. He walked over to Dr. Ford and shook her hand after her testimony. Then after Kavanaugh’s public temper tantrum, he said that Kavanaugh was trying to defend himself and that Kavanaugh still had his vote.

Sasse is full of it.

And how will Gentle, Sensible Ben vote? Why, with his shitbird Republican colleagues, of course.

Spare us the moist bullshit. We all know what you are. You're a fucking Republican, Ben, and not worth a thimbleful of horsepiss.

Until he proves otherwise, it's fair to say he's still trying to have it both ways.

And I don't know which is worse: to be monstrous, like Cheeto; or to be duplicitious.

That's apparently all that he, Flake, Collins, Murkowski, and the rest of the so-called GOP "moderates" will ever be.

Otherwise, issuing comments from both sides of their mouths misleads to false hope.

Then they, of course, subsequently pull the rug out from under you.

We got their 'number' and it's sickening.

w/ the democrats within the Senate on issues jointly when country should be first, such as they did on the opioid epidemic. There are other critical issues too, and if they all combined, they would constitute an effective block against presidential abuse of power.

And not just vote on issues but bring forth amendments, laws, etc. that can be put forth. For the good of the country.
