The ability of state prosecutors to charge for state or federal crimes which have been pardoned by the President is going away. This was the prime reason WHY Kavanaugh and not some other Federalist Society pick.

The ability to even INVESTIGATE a sitting President (at least until there is another Democrat as President) is gone. Again, Kavanaugh.

Women will not have a right to an abortion (and maybe abortions will be completely outlawed).

The Voting Rights Act is going to be (now) completely dismantled).

Gerrymandering is going to be legal.

Gay rights are going to be rolled back, perhaps even same sex marriage. Discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation is going to be completely legal in the name of "religious freedom".

Race and religion will be allowed to be discriminated against for legal immigrants. Illegal immigrants, including all of the dreamers, will be deported or rounded up and send to internment camps even faster than they are now.

That case does nothing to increase presidential pardons and only deals with successive prosecutions for identical crimes. These bastards have committed so many crimes that there are more than enough separate crimes to divvy up between state and federal prosecutions. On top of that you have state specific crimes, not subject to federal prosecution. Those cannot be pardoned by trump.
