They always had the votes.

I kept my counsel to myself because I see my role here as more Pollyanna than Cassandra. You fall off the horse, you get back on the horse. You get knocked down seven times, you get back up eight.

We pick ourselves up, we get out the vote, we take back the House and maybe the Senate, and reverse the path our nation is on.

Feeling mopey isn't going to win back Congress or the presidency.

Onward...
