Kav on the SCOTUS means another politically biased ear to hear R claims of election fraud

The short game: Rs lose badly in Nov, the Kochs et al jump in to fund court actions to delay certfying races in favor of the Ds. Important cases are fast tracked to the SCOTUS where the R majority finds in favor of the R candidate. This means new elections in some cases, throwing out valid D votes in others and handing the race to the R.

Tell me I’m wrong.

Don't get me wrong, Republicans do some nefarious shit. But I don't see that happening.

Was an incredibly thin margin of votes. If the Democrats win the House by, say, 10 seats, I don't see Republicans somehow managing to get a whole bunch of seats changed. I'd bet on it.

or whether they get caught. They know that we know they’re cheaters and they don’t care. In fact, they revel in rubbing our noses in what they can get away with now that they control everything.

They will push it to the limits, then blow through those limits like tissue paper. And they will have the rubber stamp SCOTUS to declare it all to be legal.

But I'm still standing by my prediction that the Democrats will win back the House and the Republicans won't use the Supreme Court to try to alter the results of several races to keep themselves in power in the House.
