What if someone told the FBI something that could only be verified by talking to Kavanaugh or Ford

How important would it have been to talk to Kavanaugh or to Prof Ford?

It appears that the FBI received orders to wrap it up quickly? The orders probably came directly from the White House would be my guess?

It was a sham of an investigation.
