Kav part of Federalist Society plan to take over judiciary, make it v conservative. Bork a founder

RW felt courts too liberal, esp after desegregation decision. Then they blew up over Bork. Society was founded mid 80s.
Society began getting member profs in law schools, member students enrolled. With Kav's appointment they essentially have their planned decades long lock on the American judiciary.
Members have become judges throughout the court system.
