It ended last night. On Wednesday.
Debate in the Senate and preliminary votes are not part of an investigation.
Why did they not investigate for a full week?

Meaning they could be done in a day if they wanted. They took four days to make it look like they actually did something.

but nooooo.... they had to game the system and cast the whole process and the court in doubt. What is wrong with having an honest to goodness investigation and letting the chips fall where they may. Maybe then they'd even nominate qualified candidates.
