I have called all day (16) and have only been able to get through to a few to leave messages. Most have "full" mailboxes. Couldn't get any real people at all. And the people I have called are the 2 iffy Dems (Heitkamp and Manchin) the rest are GOP (Flake, Capito, Sasse, Gardner, Collind, Murkowski, Heller, etc).
I think the angry Dems are calling more than happy GOP callers.

Both of my senators are democrats: Stabenow and Peters,so I knew they would vote no, but I did get through to Stasse.

And in other cases they do their diligence but when there is a swamp of incoming info a single voice can sink into the noise floor.
