The absolute worst that can happen is that IQ45 is impeached, convicted, and removed, and then faces criminal charges afterword.

technically, he legally became president even if there were crimes committed during the election. there's legal basis for punishing the criminals, possibly including donnie himself, but there's no legal basis to nullify any of his actions as president.

in theory, the next president and congress could put country first and set about reversing all his actions, including impeaching and removing gorsuch and kavanaugh. in practice, we wouldn't be able to find a single republican senator to help, never mind the 16 or 17 we would need to actually do it (to reach 2/3rds in the senate for removal).

they will find a way to bring the matter to the Supreme Court.

Once it hits the court, the court will rule in favor of the unindicted co-conspirator NO MATTER WHAT THE EVIDENCE SAYS.

The court will also rule that the unindicted co-conspirator cannot be tried by the states.

This is all why it is so important to the republicans to get Bart into the Supreme Court.

If they do, the game is pretty much stacked against any real justice against republicans for a generation.
