I thought presidents always had somebody near who cared about things like that. Fly zipped up, tie straight, no loose buttons, that sort of thing.

I know they do on campaigns but not sure about once in office.

Trump is such an ass it wouldn't surprise me if the culture there is that no one can say anything to him.
