(7,403 posts)This was completely vetted by the WH. Perhaps even penned by them - the wording doesn't fit his writing style.

(38,436 posts)This is the entire column, published October 4, at 7:30 ET...I read most of it...sorry couldn't read any more
I certainly hope that this stupid action of writing this column and getting it published, now after the hearing, and before the vote.... denies him appointment to the Supreme Court. You can read it if you desire. warning:...It could make you puke. it is disgusting....

Well yeah, that seems clear enough.

Yay, freedom! (for corporations to do whatever the hell they want, regardless of detrimental impacts on America citizens)

(205,552 posts)He pretty much swore his allegiance to Trump - definite breach of separation of powers. And that's not even getting into the temperament necessary for deciding the law of the land. He ranted and railed at his job interview - insulted the interviewers and was anything but "sober as a judge."

(9,894 posts)that it is not "emotion" that is the problem, it's the bullying. He showed himself to be the kind of guy who could do what he is accused of. Every woman who knew a Kavanaugh or three saw that person(s) in his performance. And then to drag his family into the fray as an excuse for being a bully... Yuck.
