My Kavanaugh predictions. Bet against them while they are hot
1. Cloture is a gimme. All the fence-sitters are Aye on it
2. Heitkamp is a Nay. Might as well pressure Collins on her way out.
3. Manchin is the happiest man in the world because Daines is out at a wedding and they have a pairing agreement (Manchin abstains if Daines cannot attend)
4. Murkowski is a Nay, on grounds completely unrelated to the drinking and sexual assault (Kavanaugh's position on some issue having to do with mineral rights is apparently a non-starter for Alaska)
5. Collins is an Aye once Heitkamp calls her bluff
6. Flake is Aye, because he's the most spineless piece of shit to ever slime the face of the earth
7. Sasse either starts his 2020 primary challenge with a Nay, or removes himself as a contender to primary Trump with an Aye.
