Everybody pull out a gun!

I saw a movie trailer for "Bad Time at The El Royale" and I saw four different characters pull out a gun. Because it's "cool". I am not offended, but I am tired of guns in movie trailers.

1. With a name like "Bad Time at The El Royale" one can't expect a pocket full of posies.

3. Why? It's a weapon appropriate for the era.

We have guns.
Before that came rapiers and flint-lock pistols.
Before that came swords and crossbows.
Before that came swords and bows.
And before that came axes and clubs.



Would you be tired when it's a medieval movie and people start getting out swords?
