There is no way in hell that any of them... especially Manchin.... wants to be #50 in a 50-50.
I think it will be one of these three situations:

Collins/Flake/Manchin YES

Collins YES
Flake/Manchin NO

Pence would go down in history as the most anti woman politician ever.
I think if it comes to that Flake would spare Pence.
Flake gets his McCain moment. Pence is not involved.
