(3,803 posts)He played his role as the "concerned Republican" -- something as real as a unicorn. He's off stage now and back to his real self.
He has no excuse -- he is not running again, so voting in the interest of our country would have a no-brainer if he had a shred of decency.
He doesn't. He never has. None of the current politicians with an (R) next to their names has any integrity.
To all those in red/purple states: PLEASE WORK TO GET YOUNG PEOPLE REGISTERED TO VOTE.
I am passing out voter registration cards in my classes, but I'm in a blue state - still important, but not as important as it is in a place like Wisconsin or Michigan.
