I used a Zillow home for sale address from Maine and from W Virginia when I sent emails and they wanted an address. Maine has such nice houses...they would get 10× the prices they are asking if they were sold in S Calif. My 550 sq foot condo is the same price as a 4 bedroom Victorian house on 3 acres!

5. I go through the same lament. My parents live in Maine

I live in Boston. Their 1800 square foot house cost less than my 630 square foot condo. On the flip side my place has dramatically increased in value in the two years I've owned it. Yes I'm ignoring that applies to places I'll want to upgrade to in a few years.
