Sen. Mike Rounds (R-SD) just said on Wolf Blitzer's show that there is a rumor

that there is a strong possibility a Dem. senator also will not be present for the vote. He refused, however, to name who it might be in case it doesn't come to be. He called it a "pair" - that a R&D senator even off with their absences.
