Yes, I know President Obama's last pick didn't even get a hearing, but imagine if Merrick Garland had behaved in the same way that Brett Kavanaugh did. Kavanaugh's behavior in front of the senate judiciary committee alone should be enough to disqualify him. I wouldn't wish Kavanaugh on someone else's homeowner's association let alone to be a judge anywhere in our country. I would rather be an American than be a republican.
