Trump Family Defrauded thousands of low income widows

All County Building Supply was designed by Donald, owned by Fred’s children. A standard fraud for them was described in the NYT tax article. Fred bought dozens of refrigerator stove combos for his low income apartments for $642 each. He transferred them at cost to All County. All County then billed Fred $770 each for them. Fred deducted the inflated price on his income tax return, income tax fraud. The profit 770 minus 642 went to All County, really a gift to children but the 55% gift tax was not paid. Gift tax fraud. New York property tax is based in value. Inflated invoices reduce reported profit lowering value, lowering property tax. Property tax fraud. But Fred owned 27,000 low income units. He got a 25% low income housing tax credit so if he bought a building for 20 million, he got a tax credit of five million, a credit not a less valuable deduction. In return rent was limited according to a contract. The contract let Fred increase rent if he spent money on improvements. When they fraudulently increased the voucher price of those refrigerator stove appliances that meant Fred could increase the rent more than was legally allowed. I think most of the tenants were elderly widows with social security and maybe a small pension. So theyvstole the extra illegal rent mainly from cash strapped widows. Many many thousands of poor widows were impoverished by the Trump crime family. They did this over and over constantly stealing. The woman iauthor n the NYT tax article first started digging when she saw a very odd item in Judge Trumps federal disclosure form. It showed her getting one million dollars income from something called All County Building Supply and Maintenance. Her million is her share of this scam for one year.

shell companies too which can be used for one purpose or another, such as inflated bills, transfers. Real operators know all the tricks. I don't think the Feds follow the relationships amongst the principals in these companies adequately. I mean extended relatives, cousins and the like. I recall a case on Wall Street where there was a main company, and a smaller little company that was selling the products of the main company, among other things. The purpose of the small company was not entirely to make money for shareholders, it was to grow as fast as possible as a marketing agent for the main company. The little one always teetered on the edge of bankruptcy. It was a total lie to shareholders. It eventually got bought out, I think, but at around the same price it always traded for. It had grown though. The purpose of this tale? Chairman of the large company was the brother-in-law of the chairman of the small company. All this in broad daylight.

The NYT article is still making my head spin. No damned wonder we can't have nice things in this country, as I suspect this behavior is prolific among many wealthy people. All kept under the radar by huge teams of lawyers and accountants.

Income inequality is bad enough as it is and yet they insist on scamming our tax systems.

If Trump had never become President. If he had not even run for office. Just kept on, probably starting a new conservative media company, I wonder if anything would ever have been done for not only this charge, but sexual assault, fraud, tax evasion, etc.. Not that anything will even stick. But it make one wonder just how many other rich assholes are out there that know they won't be paying for any past crimes, using high priced lawyers, and threatening witnesses, if not physically, then financially by extending and delaying court cases.
