before he's the deciding vote on anything. I think having him on the Court will have an unanticipated effect. He has stained the Court forever and a day. He's a perjurer, intemperate, an alcoholic and a rapist.

listened to a lengthy Susan Collins speech... until today... she doesn't care about Roe v Wade, in my opinion; she is much sneakier than I realized.
