In my opinion, besides voting in a few weeks, the best way to combat this is to is to be kind to people. Don't be negative unless you have to be. And if you have to be, stand up and give it to them.

Hold some doors open, and smile more if you have it in you. Help someone out. Pay something forward.

Someone I don't know started talking about how unhappy they are with what is happening with the Supreme Court. I blew them a kiss. We have to stick together. This too shall pass, not soon enough but it will pass.

Thank you. I’m so very depressed. Starting a new job next week for min. wage. I haven’t worked for min. Wage since my first job 40 some years ago!😞 I’m just so very tired!
