5. My dog knows my every emotion...she would come and give me

"Cheer up" kisses and tail wags if I cried over an old movie and this is much, much worse. I have held her so much I am surprised she still has any hair left. I try not to show too much anger or sadness since she is 15 and doesn't need the stress.

10. When I was growing up, whenever I was sad or crying, our dog would come and put her head in my

lap or lick the tears off my face. She was such a little angel. She knew exactly what I needed. I miss her so much.

I now play little games w/ my sister's dog. She is a huge puppy and she still likes to "chew" on people. To get her to stop I will start to whimper and she will stop and come over to nudge and kiss me. It's dishonest, yes, but it's so cute to observe her trying to comfort me.
