Your state's share of federal revenue-sharing programs will be pared down accordingly.
It's particularly thrilling to them when you decide to show them by not responding, if you are some kind of brown person, elderly, a single parent, in a same-gender marriage, or other Bad People type person.
Makes it way easier for them to pretend you don't exist.
They LOVE that.
