Why does Joe Scarborough talk out of both sides of.his mouth?

Before Max Boot came on he was yammering about how.we are a deeply divided country, and it was not Unindicted Co-Conspirator it was 20 years of botched foreign policy and blah blah.

No mention of the fact that Unindicted Co-Conspirator did not get a majority. No mention that he is wildly unpopular. No.mention of voter suppression, Comey, or Russian interference.

Then Max Boot comes on and negates.Scarborough and Scarbarough just agrees.

Which is it?

He spent the entire segment on Ronald Reagan fan-boy revisionist history.

Anyone who longs for the GOP of Ronald Reagan and continues to sing his praises and hold him up as an icon of admirable values has zero decency.

And that certainly confuses me. Who is more responsible for the degradation of the Republican Party than Reagan with his disregard for the rule of law (negotiating with Iran before inauguration, Iran Contra), and his dog whistles (Philadelphia, Mississippi), and his bullshit ("supply-side economics).

Part evil is still evil. Yet I do want to find some common ground and to solve problems and part of me, like an abused spouse, thinks it can still find some good in some of them.

But I do know that we will not begin to heal until we kill this current virus.

I refuse to watch that strokefest, but often when I turn my TV on in the morning M$NBC comes on because it was the last channel from the night before. When it came on this morning the first thing I hear is how it's just as much Harry Reid's fault the senate is broken as McTurtle's.

F*ck him!

At root he's a conservative who doesn't like Trumps form, the substance he's not so worried about.

Scarborough's affectation is the most annoying one: posturing as some kind of "middle ground." I hate it when people do this. It's like "See how I pick and choose positions, this makes me neutral and therefore more reasonable than you."
