A sandy peninsula with swimming beaches, hiking trails, a great place to bird watch, and there's a great bike trail there as well, runs right along the lake so you are treated to gorgeous views of Lake Erie while you bike. The Tom Ridge Environmental Center is a very interesting place to visit. Never been to the zoo, but friends of mine love it. Too bad Dumpy had to put a stain on it.
