Don't buy into the fear and panic (and to an extent, political winds). hard for me to say, i put alot of money in in the last few months and took a hit.
If you invest, invest for the long term, and don't try to get rich quick.

put your money in an index fund and let it grow. and not investing is foolish, especially if your employer provides you a 401k.
