Doesn't this murder of Jamal Kashoggi qualify Saudi Arabia for the Magnitsky sanctions?

His statement about this yesterday made me gasp. He is truly evil.

(17,984 posts)4. It was on Lawrence last night
The press asked him what he was going to do vis a vis the murder of Kashoggi. He said he wasn't going to do anything to risk all the weapons deals he had going with Saudi. He had billions of dollars in sales on the line, too much to jeopardize over a WaPo reporter.
Lawrence said it was all lies, that there were no weapons deals.

I believe it does. But if not, it's time to pass new law called the Kashoggi Act.
