Republicans May Try to Repeal Obamacare Again

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) told Reuters that Republicans could try again to repeal Obamacare if they win enough seats in U.S. elections next month, calling a failed 2017 push to repeal the healthcare law a “disappointment.”

Said McConnell: “If we had the votes to completely start over, we’d do it. But that depends on what happens in a couple weeks… We’re not satisfied with the way Obamacare is working.”

Good luck with that, turtleman. Once we take the House there's no chance of that. brush Oct 2018 #3

Not until 2020 anyway- but he'll probably get to serve until he resigns/dies. We *can* work hard to ensure that he's not Majority Leader, however.

I do NOT understand this. Conventional wisdom has been that the GOP was maybe facing the loss of seats in both the House and Senate. Now, suddenly, turtleboy is out there saying he wants to go after Medicare and Social Security, along with Obamacare again. Either somebody is really confident that the fix is in, or else he's oblivious to the reality that he's out there saying they plan to come after some seriously incendiary issues less than a month ahead of an election.

WTF?
