My Dads buddy lives in Kansas. Dodge City has lots of Hispanic people registered to vote. Kobach has moved the polling stations all out of the town. There is no place in Dodge City to vote at all.
Who can they reach out to to bring attention, sue, help them?
Not that it should matter, but he is a US Army veteran.

Local Democratic office should be coordinating rides where needed.
