Trump Handed Big Loss As Judge Shoots Down His Defense in Foundation Fraud Case

Trump Handed Big Loss As Judge Shoots Down His Defense in Foundation Fraud Case
https://www.politicususa.com/2018/10/25/ny-judge-shoots-down-trumps-persecution-defense-in-foundation-charity-case.html

New York Attorney General Barbara Underwood sued Donald Trump, three of his children and his foundation in June, saying he illegally used the charity as a personal “checkbook” for his own benefit, including his 2016 presidential campaign and business.

On Thursday, Trump tried to use his persecution complex as a defense in the case claiming political bias was the motive for the charges, but a New York judge wasn’t having it.

“I don’t want to get involved with that,” New York Supreme Court Justice Saliann Scarpulla said at a hearing Thursday.

Trump’s lawyers asked the judge to dismiss the case on the grounds the lawsuit was politically motivated and argued that Trump and his children did not break any laws.

“The allegations are what they are. Until you deny them I accept them,” the judge said.
The New York state attorney general sued Trump and his kids for engaging in systemic illegal activity and unlawful political coordination by using their “charity” as a family slush fund. With his defense shot down, Trump is not going to be able to beat the rap in what could be the first in a series of state-level lawsuits and criminal charges to come down on the president and his family.

I'm a good boy and so are all my family members,.. we would never think of doing anything dishonest.

We did not do anything illegal, we are so rich we would never thing of committing a crime.

The only reason this matter was brought to the court is that certain people are very envious that I am the US President and they constantly bring these frivolous actions against me and my family only because they are jealous of our success and the fact we are billionaires 10X over and so loaded.

These families don't always implode. The Bush crime family built on oil and war profiteering since the time of the Nazi's are painting in their bathtubs and dying off naturally in their beds. The Cheney Halliburton crime "family" continues unmolested. They are war criminals who should be in the Hague dock.

...I just had to celebrate this. It does look like the judge will rule against the Trumps and it will cost them millions of dollars...please excuse the excess. If Trump goes broke again, he will get what he has coming..............but, he will just go to Russia to get more money....he sold himself to the Russians long ago.

Trump's lawyer, Alan Futerfas, did not challenged the financial transfers at the heart of the case and that she was required to assume the claims made by the attorney general were true at this stage prior to evidence being shared.

I can actually believe the orange anus screwed the pooch and hobbled Futerfas....by specifically ordering him NOT to broach the questionable financial transfers subject in court.

Now it will be appealed, and be in court for years, and that will cost Trump a whole lot of money too...
I also believe this will hurt their name far worse..because this says.." You stole money from the Foundation for "YOURSELVES.." and you couldn't prove that you did not steal from the foundation..
