4. it's just the very beginning I'm afraid

not a good topic before midterms. But for any situation I like to play both best and worst case scenarios in my head. Worst case scenario: we don’t win either house nor senate, likely due to unprecedented election interference including from state officials and trump mob that infiltrated election inftastracture. Trump will get complete freedom and will increase calls for violance against minorities and dissenters. We may see routine killings of or incrimination of journalists like in russia and incrimination of political opponents under bogus chargers. This is possible with justice system working as a political arm - DOJ, DHS, many federal and state courts, police departments staffed with rightwingers, finally corrupting fbi, cia and nsa to serve political agenda. False flag terrorist attacks are pretty much guranteed to gain more power.

Of Course Sinclair Lewis in 1935 wrote a book about it in 1935 titled “It Can’t Happen Here” detailing that it can indeed happen here. The American Nazis did make a push back then and history seems to be repeating itself and we seem to have someone who could pass as a Neo Nazi in the White House.
