Someone please tell Trump that the notion of "Presidential at 3 am" means...

1. Getting a phone call, not sending a tweet.

2. Being briefed about a pressing emergency situation, not creating a pathetic wallowing display of self pity and painting yourself as the victim after someone sent bombs out to everyone you routinely harangue at your little rallies.

the definition of many former Washingtonian and governmental terms. "Presidential" is probably the most bastardized word in the English language presently, thanks to Trump.
