It occurs to me that the people most likely to have the best evidence about Trump's crimes

are almost certainly the type whose loyalty---or betrayal---can be purchased if the price is right. I, therefore propose---not entirely in jest---that those with the resources to do so offer a multi-million dollar reward "for information which leads to either the arrest and conviction or the impeachment of Donald Trump".

Whatever the source, several billionaires or millions of crowd funding contributions, tnis "thirty pieces of silver" could be the "silver bullet" that brings down the monster.
