How bad could this have been...

if this guy was a competent bomb maker? How alarmed should we be at the possibility that potential explosives are circulating through our mail streams and shipping channels?

understand it's NOT going to work. Pretty sure they tagged his visit to the website(?) and ran him down rather quickly. Like tagging a shark.
