Wasn't trump "in the loop" on this investigation? Why did he tweet just a few hours before?

In his "bomb" stuff tweet this morning, it would seem that Mushroom Penis was still trying to claim a false flag.

So, was he just taking his last chance to get another jab in at the Dems, or was he not appraised of what was going on in the investigation? According to what I am hearing today, the Feds have been following the suspect since yesterday, so he should have known.
