Why is Magabomber allowed to vote in Florida?

He was convicted of a felony. Here in FL, only the Governor DIRECTLY can give a convicted felon their voting rights back, as in you have to beg to even get an audience with the Gov, and they can decide to yes or no you for any reason. WE actually have an Amendment to change this on the ballot this year.

So, which Gov gave this dude his vote back? This registered R who has been convicted of a more than one felony, sent bomb threats, had an RO against him, was a drug dealer, etc.?

Was it Scott? If someone finds out and it was Scott, we need to social media that fact allllll over the place for the next ten days.

as he seems to have only ever received probation for his crimes. Likely pleaded down to misdemeanors.

Or did he accept a reduced plea to a misdemeanor? If so, that could explain it.

Also, do we know for sure that he actually did vote?

You cannot even register to vote here if you are convicted of a felony. They check you against a database.
