To recap: A crowd around Trump chanted "CNN sucks!" as he addressed the arrest of man suspected of sending a bomb to CNN. Meanwhile, Trump encouraged the crowd as they chanted that another intended victim of the bomber (Soros) should be "locked up."

It's to preserve his right to a fair trial since they don't want the media to get pictures of it. Especially pictures of the police towing the car away.
