Robert De Niro Responds to Mail Bomb Threat: 'Your Vote' Is 'More Powerful Than Bombs'

Actor Robert De Niro is urging people to vote after becoming one of the many targets of this week's bomb threats against notable Democrats and Trump critics.

"I thank God no one's been hurt, and I thank the brave and resourceful security and law enforcement people for protecting us," the Oscar winner said in a statement to TheWrap on Friday morning.

"There's something more powerful than bombs, and that's your vote. People MUST vote!"

On Thursday, the New York Police Department said they were investigating a suspicious package addressed to De Niro sent to the office of his production company in the city's Tribeca neighborhood, CNN reported.

Anyone that see what is happening with Trump's behavior, Trump's flaunting of the law and decency and his supporters threatening and trying to kill their perceived enemies. Anyone who sees that, think it is wrong then sit on their asses and do not vote is a key part of the problem. Nothing should stop people of good morals from voting, NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
