I think we have seen throughout certainly American history and recent history acts of political violence are unfortunately — have occurred. That obviously is nothing new. I do think that dehumanization of the other, of whether that’s Democrats and Republicans and just people that don’t believe in what your current political ideology might be is dangerous. Now, I think this goes well beyond questions about civility. Civility itself does not — nice words don’t excuse this type of action, and so there needs to be a robust response from law enforcement and, yes, every other institution that we’ve got to ensure that this is not okay. Look, let’s be very clear.

The President Of The United States had an opportunity to try to bring the country together around this, and he chose to scapegoat the media, and that’s disappointing. That is not surprising, but rather than taking this moment to recognize that while this — the culture that we are in, the discussions that we have, the heated rhetoric is something that we all play a part in and doing had his part to pull it down, he missed that opportunity.

7. That's just awful. He obviously didn't get the memo that people like Obama, Clinton,

the Press and all the others are supposed to criticize him. That is their actual job. He takes it personally or doesn't want to be seen humanizing any of the victims of this terrorism. He's so selfish. Children could have been killed. The press should ask him about that. Ask him about Hillary's grandchildren or the Obama's kids who could have been home when the bombs went off. See if that wakes him up to his role as the leader of a large group of humans since he can't see the parents as human and doesn't want his base to see them as human beings with value either.

10. The way to deal with Facism is to crush it. That starts with voting.

I read a news article early tonight about a guy who dressed his son up as Adolph Hitler, while the dad dressed as a Waffen SS officer. It was all for a trick or treat event through the downtown business district. The dad claimed to have dressed himself and the kid as historical figures. Yet, he himself had a perfectly fitting Waffen SS uniform, something is wrong with that picture. The dad sounds like a Nazi sympathizer and was trying to pull a fast one at a public event. Then he was upset when the rest of the people at the event went apeshit over how he and his son were dressed.

Trump has invited all types of vile conduct into the open, Nazi sympathizers dressing like such in public, white supremacists openly marching and beating up people, teachers and principals saying openly racist or sexist things. The only good thing is that they are losing jobs and are likely not to find others unless they move and change their names.
