Wow... From personal experience... I've noticed that malignant narcissists in my life speak in this EXACT same "sing songy" manner when saying something they don't want to say... I think it's part of the disorder. I was just thinking about this today. It's very childlike.

I think he’s getting very tired. He seemed to almost be slurring today, and when he walked up a few stairs in the White House he did it very slowly. It was only two or three steps to walk up to the podium.
