(2,381 posts)and not a citizen when I was born, after WWII. She died, at 25, before becoming one. Don't know if I should be packing or not. Kind of hilarious to be thinking of myself, at 70, as being an anchor baby.

This is the first line of the Fourteenth Amendment:
"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. "
It cannot be undone with an executive order. Trump is just trying to win votes in the mid terms, though he might actually believe he can do anything he wants by signing executive orders.
